I invite you to join me for 2 nights on beautiful Great Barrier Island to
Reset and Recalibrate,
after the celebration of the summer season, entering into the soft rhythm of April, in readiness for slowing down into winter-time.
As daylight savings comes to an end, we’ll explore ways to keep your inner light glowing and expanding.
Open a doorway to greater radiance, inspiration and courage.

How does a weekend of yoga, self-care and self-inquiry with a group of
like-minded women sound?
We’ll tap into the mythology of the Goddesses to inspire, guide and support us, to keep our inner light burning brightly throughout the season of winter.
Autumn is all about transformation. While we begin to draw our energies inward to prepare for the longer and colder months ahead, discover ways to keep shining with calm in your mind and openness and warmth in your heart.
Our time together will be spent at Medlands Beach, Great Barrier Island’s premier beach.
We’ll be staying in a secluded, architecturally designed home, set amongst beautiful, park-like gardens of mature palms and native trees. It is an easy 200 metre stroll down a private lane to the beach.
Our Women’s April Yoga Retreat includes
*2 nights twin or triple share accommodation at Medlands
Hideaway
*2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners – home cooked, organic
and locally sourced produce (where possible).
Our nourishing food will be lovingly prepared for us by Aotea Taste
*All day teas, fruit
* 4 yoga classes – including sunrise meditation, followed by a morning practice to awaken, cleanse and energize; afternoon yoga designed to relax and unwind
* Nature Therapy Wellbeing Wanders with local certified Guide Vicky Kyan
